I personally have experienced a long-term condition, which has prompted my own research into all aspects of recovery from chronic and long-term conditions, whether physical or emotional. I was determined to make my condition a learning experience and I undertook a training to become a certified health coach. I added this skill to my certification in life coaching. I am trained in multi brain integration coaching, which can help explore the subconscious and connect the every day thinking to the heart and deep innate wisdom.
‘If one does not change, there will be no change’. Your medical team worries about your treatment but as a health coach I am here to support YOU, your health and wellbeing beyond your treatment. You are and can be so much more. By looking at yourself holistically, with my support, you will be able to create a life that will make you resilient. I will help you to become physically as well as emotionally the strongest you can be.
Once we are diagnosed with a chronic or long-term health condition we may feel lost and disconnected to our lives. In this state we may not recognise ourselves. I can support you with my coaching skills combined with my own personal experience and understanding towards an amazing NEW life.

As a health coach my expertise is based on 5 key pillars, which have been researched and proven to support the greatest chance for long-term recovery. These pillars are nutrition, emotional wellbeing including stress management, detoxification, exercise, and purposeful living.
Together we will explore which of these pillars are of greatest concern for you. We will develop an achievable plan, to move forward step by step into a life of health and happiness.
My style is a blend between coaching and mentoring.
I will coach you to find solutions and a way forward whilst offering you mentoring in regard to different recovery options.
